Hi, I'm known as DB (Pronounced the same as the beer but I've been known to give more headaches) and I live in the middle of the Southern Alps in the village of Otira (Pop. 43 +/- 40). I'm an avid shutterbug of no fixed subject. My current camera is a Canon 450d. Works OK but soon to upgraded. I'm one of the four train drivers based at Otira to help, with the 3 locos stationed here, trains form Otira, through the Otira tunnel, to Arthurs Pass. When I'm not activly engaged doing that I can be found at the Otira Hotel, drinking coffee and telling lies.
