Image Gallery of Lorraine Gibb

My name is Lorraine Gibb; I am happily married with three adult children and am blessed with four fab grandchildren. We live on a lifestyle block just south of Timaru. I work as a receptionist for a busy physiotherapist and podiatry centre. For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed photography and creating images. However, it wasn’t until my family had moved away that the time became available to join our local photography club (Focus Aorangi Photographic Soc). From then on it has become a passion – entering the monthly competitions, moving up through the grades, participating in field trips & workshops. Gaining LPSNZ was a highlight and I now am contemplating the challenge of trying for my APSNZ. In 2008 I was committee secretary of the PSNZ National Convention held here in Timaru, and since then I have become Club secretary. More recently, I have joined NPS & Photography with Pixels both Christchurch based clubs. Friendships made along the way has been another highlight. I enjoy most forms of photography but have particular interest in recording our beautiful landscapes, and more recently macro photography has opened my eyes to the wonders that can be seen using these lenses. I hope you enjoy viewing some of my recent images.
